I am a Faculty Specialist at the University of Maryland/NASA Harvest with an M.Sc. in Urban Forestry  and Natural Resource Management from Southern University and A & M College and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana. I have extensive experience using GIS and remote sensing applications, as well as comprehensive research and data analytics skills. I works under the supervision of Dr. Catherine Nakalembe and I focus on employing geospatial techniques and data analytics to solve environmental-related problems. I have assisted in the development of a scalable sampling methodology for yield estimation piloted in Kenya, however applicable in all geographies, completed a 40-Year Remote Sensing Analysis of Spatiotemporal Temperature and Rainfall Patterns in Senegal and have supported the implementation of multiple data collection and crop monitoring training projects both in East and West Africa within the NASA Harvest
