Richard Moss, Adjunct professor in the Department, recently testified before the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee recommending creation of a new federal entity to improve climate services. A summary of his testimony was published in an op-ed "Escalating climate risks will outpace climate services without federal action" in The Hill, a newspaper for Congresspeople and their staffs.
