Ph.D. Student Rachel Lamb has received the 2018 Outstanding Graduate Student Government Assembly Member Award for her exceptional contributions to campus and community over the past year. Rachel has been GEOG's Representative to Graduate Student Government for the past two years, most recently serving as the Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee, and planning leader for Graduate Research Appreciation Day (GRAD). She will be recognized at the 37th Annual University Student Leadership Awards Banquet hosted by the Adele H. Stamp Union - Center for Campus Life and Omicron Delta Kappa on May 6, 2018.
